As 2017 comes to a close, the Eracent team would like to thank our customers and partners who have contributed to our success. We would also like to thank everyone who took the time to speak with our team at industry conferences and events during the year.
In reflecting on 2017, Eracent had a very good year.
We added new customers, signed new channel and provider partners around the globe, and significantly grew our development, services and technical teams.
We expanded the scope and capabilities of our IT Management Center (ITMC) suite with release 10.2 through the hard work of our development team and knowledgeable staff who helped guide the direction of our solutions. The IT-Pedia product data library continued to gain momentum and we are making constant improvements to the quantity and quality of the data and the user experience.
Our team hosted a successful user group meeting and participated in a number of focused ITAM and SAM industry events, in some cases for the first time.
We look forward to a strong 2018 and will appreciate your continued feedback and support as we work on game-changing new features in ITMC version 11, and prepare for the next round of challenges and successes.
