ENTERPRISE ITAM PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

The Enterprise ITAM Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between Eracent’s Professional Services team and Eracent customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are effectively executed and deadlines are met. You will organize internal and client status meetings, update project schedules, create workflow procedures and engage in ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to scheduling, tracking issue management, status management throughout the project lifecycle and scope of project.
  • Responsible for coordinating timely project meetings, producing meeting notes and following up on any necessary action items. Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives.
  • Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, engage in consistent communication with the team as well as the client with respect to the status of the project.
  • Create and maintain project documents in various capacities.
  • Regularly conduct internal and external project reviews to work to improve processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable and able to prioritize ever-evolving tasks and thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
  • Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
  • Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications and software, used in the organization and the industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Experience with ITAM tools a plus, key project documentation such as SOWs, PIDs and PMPs and other customer -pecific requirements.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • At least three (3) years of related experience required.
  • Project management certifications a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
