The quality of the product should be one of the leading criterion. Does the solution offer the functionality you require? Will it generate the data and information you need to know? Is the product proven in the marketplace?

Service and Support
The second criterion is service and support. Does the SAM tool provider offer responsive and high-quality service and support? Is the company there to assist you directly, or do they more often than not pass you off to a reseller or partner who may be less than fully trained on their tools or engaged with their clients? As a customer, are you just a number or are you very important to your SAM tool provider? Will you receive personal attention?

Eracent may not have offices all around the globe, however we have large global customers and are very responsive in our support for them.

We listen to our customers’ feedback and make product enhancements based on what you need and what the marketplace is demanding. In addition to listening to your feedback on an ongoing basis, we hold an annual user group meeting which provides a forum for our customers to help us understand any new requirements.
