Position Summary
The Inside Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging technical expertise and sales acumen to support and expand our manufacturing product lines. This position requires close collaboration with customers to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions that effectively address their operational needs. It also requires the ability to mine leads from multiple sources, use AI tools to enhance prospecting efficiency, and convert prospects into qualified meetings for the sales organization. The position is designed for a self-directed sales professional who is organized, metric-driven, and proficient at navigating a technology-centric B2B environment.
Essential Duties
- Research and identify prospects from multiple sources, including LinkedIn, websites, industry directories, SURGAR CRM data, event lists, and publicly available business information.
- Use AI-enabled tools to enrich contact records, identify buying signals, priortize accounts and personalize outreach.
- Build and maintain a targeted prospect list aligned with Eracent’s ideal customer profile.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualifications to order processing, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest and secure qualified meetings.
- Qualify leads, maintain accurate CRM records, track activity, follow up, and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to enhance messaging, targeting, and campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales, SDR, business development, or lead generation experience in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated capability to conduct thorough research and identify prospects utilizing a range of sources and sales intelligence tools.
- Experience utilizing AI tools or automation platforms for the purposes of lead enrichment, prioritization, and outreach support.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as SUGAR or HubSpot.
- Possessing strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns and follow-up sequences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling enterprise software, IT solutions, software asset management, IT solutions, software asset management, or related technology products.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
- Understanding account-based selling, lead scoring, and pipeline development.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to targeting and messaging
