Eracent will be sponsoring and exhibiting at the Gartner IT Infrastructure, Operations and Cloud Strategies Conference on December 5-7 in Las Vegas, NV. Our team looks forward to discussing how we can help your organization meet its challenges around ITAM, SAM and Cyber/Risk initiatives.
Enterprise Integration (EI), an onshore IT MSP powered by digital robotics, announced today that they have partnered with Eracent, a leading provider of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions, to enhance their Asset Lifecycle & Logistics Management offering.
Eracent has integrated its Network Probe and ITMC Discovery with the CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault, which discovers, secures, rotates and controls access to privileged account passwords that are used to access systems throughout enterprise IT environments.
Eracent has received formal certification of its ITMC Discovery™ Integration for ServiceNow. This integration enables ServiceNow CMDB instances to be automatically updated with normalized discovery and utilization data from ITMC Discovery. This comprehensive asset / CI data may be used for multiple purposes.
The foundations of Eracent can be traced back to 1996, at the newly formed Lucent Technologies in Holmdel, NJ. The founders of Eracent developed an innovative discovery process that was used to perform the world’s first fully automated IT network inventory. This accomplishment was particularly notable at the time due to the worldwide scope of the network, the fact that it contained over 300,000 computers, and that multiple UNIX, Windows and other data center platforms were included from the start.
Eracent, a leading provider of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions, was rated as an “Innovator” in the latest IT Asset Management Vendor Landscape report published by the Info-Tech Research Group.
